Default EFS shocks on lifted WJ
Looking for new shocks to suit 2" lift.
EFS have some, but say extended length is 525mm, which is ~20.7", which is shorter than the factory shocks of ~21.75"... let alone longer...

So this makes no sense to me, and EFS Aus direct me to someone who sells them in NZ (where I live) who has no idea and doesn't seem to interested in finding out. I am inclined to trust EFS but it really makes no sense to me how a lifted shock can be shorter than a factory shock.

Anyone used them and can comment?

Was going to get some shocks from Rockauto but shipping went up $50 yesterday and I have a deadline for getting the truck ready for next road trip - one of the rear shocks is completely dead - so buying local is appealing.

Just got an email from a different EFS website confirming the other place had the wrong dimensions. They are 589/359 which makes sense.

Yeah I have 40mm lift mine and got the local (Brendale) distributers to fit, very happy with the match to Dobinson coils.
