Default Lokka Issue

Hi All.
I recently installed a 'Lokka" in the Dana 30 in the front of my 95 XJ and on cornering it is banging quite fiercely. Shuddering the whole car. I have been trying to chase down the issue for weeks. I have changed shims and checked gaps. It is unlocking in test just fine and it is unlocking on the road, no chirping or anything. But this banging on cornering.
Banging - https://youtu.be/Uqmvh3uB1aA

So I went out today to remove it. Before I did I dropped the oil (80w-90) took the cover off and fitted a camera under the car and did some O turns out the front of my place.

It worked perfectly!!!! I couldn't get it to bang for trying.
Lokka open - https://youtu.be/yAPbMhtUEB8

So I put the cover on - still ok. So I half filled it with oil. Mostly ok.
Filled it to fill hole - banging is back.

What the hell??

Anyone got any ideas??

TIA.

I think a ‘full time lunchbox’ style locker in rear is going to behave exactly like that. Why did you want a Lokka in the rear in the first place? I would think leave the rear as it was, and put lokka in front diff which is disconnected from 2Hi until engaged in 4Hi or 4Low when needed.

Ok. That sounds quite normal as the lokka’s will bind and catch as they engage - especially around corners ect.... is yours like my TJ where you can drive only in 2Hi through the rear diff only?

Yes no 4WD on hard stuff. But to say it is normal doesn't really sound correct. It shouldn't bind etc. My question really primarily relates to why is it's behaviour so effected by oil and does anyone know what i might be able to do about it.
Like i say and is shown in the video...it works seemlessly with no oil. No binding, banging or catching. Like how it is supposed to work.

Surely i am this close there is something i can do.
