Default What is Workmanship Warranty?

Hi,
In May I had injector seals (copper ones) replaced on my GC 3.0 Diesel. However, recently in July one of the injector return fuel line leaked from the fitting that is installed on the injector top. This fitting was not replaced but must have been removed to remove the injector and replace the bottom seals. The work done on the car had a 12-month workmanship warranty.
The car is at the workshop to be assessed but RACQ mech told that it's leaking from the fitting (low-pressure return line).

My question is that, for that fitting to leak it's only possible that it got compromised during the job, and does the workmanship cover parts or just they will install the part and I have to pay? what does workmanship warranty mean?

If your lucky they will fix it for free but you will have to spell it out to them that they caused it ... Its now July they will probably deny............... It really depends on what their customer service is like..

Well, its a jeep dealership. My experience dictates me not to have any expectations at all.
