Default WK2 clunk on deceleration

Hi all

I've got a 2014 Laredo diesel and am currently in Tasmania (north east).

About 2 weeks ago I got a bit of a clunk when going from P to R, but not D to R, so I just went P to D then R and thought I'd worry about it later.

Yesterday a new noise started. When I'm 1st gear (and only 1st) if I decelerate (before she changes to 2nd) there it a bit of clunk/shudder. It only happens in first.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm concerned the tranny is starting to play up.

My first though is to do the fluids in the tranny and transfer case, they were done about 38k ago. But not sure if this will help.

Also looking for recommendation on mechanics in Tassie who understand jeeps. Preferably north but can travel anywhere .

Thanks

If you have Facebook join up here and ask about mechanics/auto trans specialists. There are quite a few members in the North.
