Default 18 litres per 100 kilometres - OK?

I just got 348 ks out of 66 litres.
So I think I have worked it out ok that that is 18L per 100k

Does that sound within the realms of acceptability for a:

97, TJ, Auto
Hardtop
Aircon
80,000k
31 inch tyres
99% city driving at 60kph

I haven't changed my speedo gear since going with 31s.
How will this affect how many Ks I have actually done compared to what the speedo thinks I have done?

I'm lucky to get 350kms out of a tank....and unfortunately that's about right.

Of course it depends on how heavy your right shoe is as well...

You could add about 7-8% to your distance travelled to make up for the incorrect speedo gear..

Big T, I got 31" on the XJ and was clocked at 125 km/h when in convoy and they where doing 100 km/h. I had the speedo grear changed to a 29 tooth, was 34 tooth if I remember.

I ask a cop to check my speed once and the speedo said 40 km/h, the cop told me I was between 37 and 40 km/h. I get about 400 - 430 k's per tanks depending on the drive.
