Default suspension MICE, solutions ?

Folks a recent development with my XJ, after a strenuous trail drive
I noticed that whenever the front suspension compresses, ie, I go over a speed hump on any small undulation in the road there is a "squeak squeak" from the suspension, I tried getting under there and spraying WD40 on anything and everything that looked like it was dry but to no avail, any ideas?

Try to tighten the bolt that holds the track bar to the bracket.

Check to see if the lower coil of the spring is hitting the hump/bucket in the middle of the coil where it mounts at the bottom. I had this problem and it took me a couple of weeks to work out where that bloody noise was coming from, it squeaks once on compression and once on rebound!!!

Cheers
