Default WARN REAR BARS

just had a look on their WEB site, any reason why they don't rate the bar to tow....say 900kilos (braked) yet alow you to snatch say....toyotas (2 tonnes) out of th shit.?

Static pull so that would make 2 tonnes and some more.

hate to think i just got one to tow with and it can't.

liability laws. i assume they don't want to pay the premium or go through the thorough testing required.

also they don't have anywhere to attach the emergency link things

Not trying to hi-jack the thread or do a sales pitch here but we took a different view on it seeing we are a local company . We put our bars through the engineering process to make sure if anything did happen that we had the paper work to support us, so that's why we rate our rear bars.

Each to thier own I suppose

has any towed with one.

a 6mm bit of plate steel welded to it will sufice as an emergency link.
