Thumbs up Mjoc Training Day

Well I am truly to stuffed to write a big blurb here, so hopefully a few other people can fill everyone one in.
It was a fantastic day! Great group of people, everyone helping everyone and great weather (apart from the horrible wind).

Thanks goes to Paul, Dave, Grant & Glen.... These guys are just wonderful blokes who really made the day a blast.
They each had the ability to push your comfort zones in different ways... Thanks to dave for getting me on that ramp! Thanks to Grant for giving me a sore left leg! Thanks to Paul for listening to me rant each time I came off a slopey bit and Glen for just pushing you along to do it!

Hopefully see everyone at the meeting this Tuesday after some much needed sleep!

Cheers
Kat

Well done to all - was a really great day, and we hope you learnt heaps!

I was rapt that there was just enough mud in the bottom of the dam to do snatch recoveries!
