LOL! That brings back memories of growing up in the US. Now you can see why I chose to move to Oz! I'd much rather go for a swim down the beach from Nov-Mar than drive to work in that! Then again Portland Oregon doesn't get snow and ice all that often...so it's no wonder everyone was out trying to drive in it. Sorta like if the same thing happened in Sydney.
