Default Strange Scraping

I have a very loud scraping/grinding noise coming from the front right wheel. Same is audible when driving at low speeds and when making a left hand turn. I have tried greasing everything, hosed out the brake and checked the bearing (using push and pull method).

Does anyone have any thought? Quiet the conundrum!
