Question Jeep Repair in NSW, WA, NT and SA

As you might know we are going around Australia in 5-6 weeks and I would like to ask for some contacts around the country for Jeep repairs and potential locations for help when the good old OLISTJ has had enough , surely that does not happen , however better to be prepared . Either Jeep Dealers or Workshops knowing Jeeps.

Here are the locations I think about visiting:

Broken Hill, Coober Pedy, Alice Springs, Katherine, Darwin, Kununurra, Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Carnarvon, Geraldton, Perth, Albany, Esperance, along the Nullarbor, Ceduna, Port Augusta, Adelaide

and areas in-between. I plan to service the vehicle at least in Coober Pedy/Alice Springs, Darwin/Kununurra and Broome areas along the way.

Thanks for your help

There's 2 dealerships in Adelaide, but only go to Adelaide City Chrysler & Jeep. They'll charge an arm and a leg, but they know a lot more about Jeeps than the other.

If in Perth, I use Wanneroo Jeep & behind them is an ARB shop (Northern 4wd) with an ex Jeep workshop guy there. Good bunch of blokes. I use them exclusively.

Totally agree with Palla about Northern 4wd. Wouldnt go anywhere else. One of the ladies working there has just bought a 2 door rubicon and i took it for a drive today. I still cant get over the gearing in low range. Its the lowest gearing i have ever seen.

Have you thought about getting a hf radio and becoming part of the vks737 network, help is only a call away from anywhere in Australia, and besides if your in the outback they can give weather reports and road reports and you can log in daily, even make telephone calls. I suggest all this because we are gearing up to do exactly what you intend to do and we installed one, anyway hope this helps

Yep Northern 4WD in Wangara. Wanneroo Jeep has lost the plot recently, not happy with their service and their stuff ups so only Northern 4WD. Ask for Jeremey!!!
