Default Awesome experience buying Mopar stuff from US !!!

Hi All,

just wanted to write to let you all know of my great experience buying some gear over the net from the US. After getting quoted $900 for Mopar steel door sill protectors, chrome fuel door and mats by my dealer I logged onto ebay for a look. Came accross Avondale Automotive in the States, and they had tonnes of Mopar accessories for JK's. Anwyay, I ordered the steel sill guards, chrome fuel door and some fitted slush mats, all with the Jeep logo, all genuine Mopar stuff, for the bargain price of $450 including postage. I also got a Trail Rated badge that was like $20. The mats are especially unreal, fully thick rubber with "Jeep" on em.
I did this only 6 days ago, and when I got home from work last night there was a box sitting on my door step. Stoked, espectially considering I am picking up my JK on Friday. Also, beofre I ordered the stuff I had a query for them and a guy called Les emailed me straight back, really good personal service and they kept me informed via email when it had been shipped.
Anyway, I recommed em big time, just log onto ebay.com and search on Avondale Automotive and have a look.

You're kidding!!!!

I got quoted $90 for a trail rated badge so I too went to Avondale Automotive and got the Trail Rated Badge, door sills for the 4 door, new mud flaps and a Jeep receiver plug and all for $139!!

You think the dealers would try and be more competitive in today's day and age of e-bay and internet!!
