Default Fuse Box location

It must be a day of my ignorance, but with my 95 Cherokee, the manual and Haynes repair manual says my Fuse box should be located "beneath the instrument cluster, to the left of the steering wheel." There are some fuses beneath the IC, to the right of the steering wheel, yet this doesnt look to be the right fuse area.

The reason I ask, is to check the fuse for thelights that illuminates Instrument Cluster and the Climate Control, as the lights are gone.

Sorry for a stupid question, but I cant find it!

There is a fuse box located by your right knee. There is also one on the drivers side of the engine bay in a black box that you unclip the lid to get to.

Yeah, found those babies. All the fuses are sweet, any idea what could be causing the lights from both the Instrument Cluster and Climate Contrrol to not work?
