Default Warning

Thank you to the bastards that broke my Jeeps driver side window to steal what they could. They took my UHF hand held but nothing else. I've been told from the police they are after GPS units and laptops. They look for PDA/GPS window adapeters, supposingly thinking that you have hidden the unit inside vehicle. Therefore the warning is to hide the unit and the holder, Apparently they also look for the tell tale rings left on the screen when you remove the adapter/holder.
The cost of repair is more than what they stole, not to mention the hassle

Sorry to hear mate. I feel you're pain, having had this happen to me a couple of years ago... cept it was the rear door fixed glass that the a-holes smashed.

Good point that about the rings left on the windscreen. Wouldn't have thought of that.
