I noticed this today in Wikipedia when describing the XJ Jeep, it states - "is often considered a masterpiece of automotive design". Now if we could only remove the words "problems overheating" from the dictionary I would agree.
they do overheat like a mongrel though, you have no idea how much time i have spent trying to keep mine cool
Ooooooooooooo yes I would. This is my fourth 4WD and coutless cars and after much money & time spent on the XJ I can only now say the cooling system is satisfactory. Hilljeep do you have an ice maker modification on your jeep I can't imagine towing a large caravan up hill.
If its any compromise, the cat converter gets so hot when towning the van uphill that the rear passenger side floor starts to smell like burning marshmellows
