Question Peoples dealings with Chrysler Jeep on issues

All,

I am just curious on what level of support, cooperation and timeliness you may have got regarding any vehicle issues that you have escalated from the Dealer to Chrysler Jeep regional or head offices??

Mate of mine reckons they're awesome. His XJ, 10 years out of warranty needed a new steering box (cracked). Cost to replace was $1500. He wrote a letter to DC & they sent him a cheque for $750 towards the repair.

Me, anything that i've needed fixing, they've fixed.

micq,

Is that the dealer backing up or the regional warranty manager?

JTO ,it's regional people causing the grief as far as I can tell . The local sales manager has come down to the servo where they fill all their new cars [with no problems ] & seen how hard it is to fuel mine up .

Unlike Micq who has had rotten luck - i found them great, a week after my dealer phoned them re my slow fill problem they flew a guy from melb. down who fixed it that day for me and i have had no problem since apart from at 1 BP servo with a pump that i think must foam the fuel more as the first few seconds there are always slow but everywhere else its fine.

It's not luck jbee , it's shocking customer service , I'm that pissed off with it that I leave it in the yard most of the time & use a work vehicle to get around in . Also after wasting 20 minutes every time I fill it up I don't hesitate to tell anyone who asks what I think of my new jeep .
