Last night I started work on a light bar for my xj. Here are some pics...



Look at my crappy weld!!!





Putting it together...





With my lights sitting on it... I gotta get some more to make 4!



Gotta make it black and mount the lights.

nice and simple is sometimes the best approach. Needs 4 lights but.

Thanks guys! I actually stole the idea from an American site that I found. I was surprised that I could make it though! (Its my first real attempt at making anything out of metal)

Hillsjeep. I haven't yet figured where I am going to run the leads into the body but at least I know that they can be hidden up top!

Has anyone got any hints for where to run the leads?
