I'm guessing the Wrangler on the sand was them pushing it way too hard and not knowing how to 4WD properly. The others are probably the recalled one's that were never taken in to get repaired. Today Tonight probably had the story back in 05/06 and then when they had the wrngler just tacked the 05/06 story onto it!

Just watched it...what a laugh. Under 1000kms, flogging an auto up the beach in 4 low..... split a pipe and spray hot oil on the engine theres ya fire...
Oh well look on the bright side, for the people that actually listen to today/tonight there should be some cheap jeeps for sale tomorrow.
