Default Beadlocks in QLD...& American Racing Wheels

I have asked a few people, and called QLD transport to no avail.
Anyone know the situation in QLD in relation to beadlocked wheels, that come from the factory as such, ie, not a home job.
I am looking at AEV Pintlers, and for very little more I can get the locked version, so makes sense to go that route.
Also anyone know a stockist of American Racing Wheels locally that has good stock?

I was always under the impression that Internals (Staun etc.) were technically illegal, given that you are required to drill a second hole in the rim for the second valve stem, but hey it didn't stop me from putting them in . You have to be a member of the Tyre & Rim Association to repair/modify rims with approval.

I then went back to the QLD TPT Mods guide and it appears (unless I missed it) that the component I was thinking of has vanished, the suspension component appears to have laxed also??? Strange.....but then again it is merely a guide and cannot be referenced legally.

ADR reference to the Tyre & Rim Association, page 19 / section 25 - http://www.comlaw.gov.au/comlaw/Legi...0?OpenDocument

According to the Staun Internal Beadlock Disclaimer they are for "Off Highway Use Only!"
