Has anyone experienced this? My wife was driving to work this morning on the motorway and the electrics system just shut down (the motor continued to run and she continued to drive as normal) and then just switched back on again after a short period.
Any ideas? Jeep can't shed any light on this for me, going in for other warranty issues tomorrow.
Mine has done this once about a year ago - everything went away for about a second and then all came back. No interruption to anything engine-wise. Never done it since.
My TJ did a few weird things not so dissimilar a few years ago, it turned out to be slightly bad battery terminal connections. Just whipped them off cleaned them up and banged them back on nice and tight and didn't have that same problem again.
