Default Sierra wheels for my 53 CJ3B Willy?

Will they go straight on, will they rub?I just want to run thinnish, road/dirt tyres, nothing extreme, but a tad fatter than the cheese cutter bar treads on it now.

I don't think they will fit. From memory, the CJ3b is the same stud pattern and offset as the MB. Also consider the hole on the inside of the wheel (for hub to poke through), the Jeep hubs are quite large.

Try going to a wreckers and trying a few alternatives - if you have military style rims, you could post on a Military jeep site to see if someone will swap (very good chance of that as military jeep guys are always looking for good rims).

Another option is to run 7.5inch (bar tread) tyres on the CJ - the desert Jeep did this and it looks better (in my opinion), plus gives a little extra traction.

I have Sunraysia style rims on my Mahindra which apart from the engine and gearbox pretty much is a CJ3B. They are factory fit but I'll measure the offset on the spare if you want. I run 750x16s which are a nice size.
