My wife and I have been travelling and staying in various locations around QLD for over 7 months this "winter" and would like to extend a very big thank you to the following QLD Jeep Dealers for their honest, no nonsense, quality and friendly service.
Pickerings - Townsville - electric window modules under warranty, servicing, replacement of intercooler radiator (stone strike)
DC Motors - Rockhampton - diff rebuild under warranty
Irelands - Cairns - checking auto trans - no charge
Albion - Brisbane - Electrical Repair under warranty
I have had other brands that have always had an issue when it came to warranty and servicing, keep up the good work!
One constructive criticism, the team at DC Motors are genuine, hardworking, friendly, helpful people - however, although their showroom is what you'd expect from such a large firm, the staff are being let down by a substandard service office, a visit to the other 3 dealers would be worth a go, to see where improvements can be made.
