I have a trussed HP30 under the front of mine, reportedly 30% stronger and all.

If you dove tail you're front end just a wee tad it should fit under.......but if you just want it to fit under your M715; you should have no problems driving over it.

seeing as these ar 30 percent stronger whilst going forward does that make it 30 percent weaker in reverse due to the reverse cut gear setup ?

i was considering using this for a rear steer conversion in my tj or would i be better
to move my lpd 30 to the rear and use this up front ?

thanks for your time look forward to your reply

I know where there is a dana 25 front LP steering axle..... if you turn it upside down, hey presto you then have a high pinion diff. You could weld that in place as a rear axle- old dana's flex sufficiently to replace the need for silly things like springs and shock absorbers.

When used in reverse the 25 is actually stronger than a dana 70- almost 3 times (25 divided into 70 = 3 x approx)
