What you might be seeing is leakage of oil from the CCV hose where it enters the intake. The emissions control system recycles crankcase blowby gases back into the intake tract to be mixed with incoming fresh air and reburnt. The Crankcase ventilator puck is located on the top rear of the head (a round black hocky puck shaped device). The hose from the puck goes into the intake. If that hose, or the turbo to Intercooler hose is loose oil may leak around the hose connection and run down from there. I'd suggest cleaning it all up and make sure you tighten all the hose clamps (they have been known to work loose). If it is related to the CCV oil mist there is one way to resolve this, install a Provent (or other type of) oil separator, which will remove the oil and allow the gases to be recycled. This has the added benefit that the Chrysler Jeep turbo hoses will not deteriorate as a result of oil breakdown (which does occur to the stock hoses). There is a CRD sticky at the front of the KJ Forum section here which would be useful reading on this subject.
