There is NO roadworthy inspector in Qld who will give a certificate for tyres that are more than 15mm in diameter over the maximum specified by the manufacturer - if he did and was found out he would lose his licence (at the very least).
Ditto if the total lift (including tyres) exceeds 50mm.
There are some modifications (engine, bodywork) that registered inspectors can sign off on, but wheels and suspension aren't on the list.
