Also anything to look for in particular when i check it out?

All TD's are manual.
If you are a diesel type of person they are what you will expect.
I get about 9.5 l/100km from mine.
The heads can be a problem.
If its well maintained & you look after it, you will be fine.
Look for coolant in the cooling system, not rusty water.
Look for rear main seal leak.
Long cranking to start is probably caused by an air leak around the primer pump plunder.
Push it hard on a hot day & make sure it doesnt get too hot.
Other jeep stuff like AG mentioned.
At 200,000 km it will probably soon need a new clutch ~ $600 for kit.
