Default Another Yank says "G'day"

Hi all, finally got registered over here (though I've been checking the site out for a few weeks). Many of the KJ owners will know me from over on the LOST board, and a few of you folks may have seen me on the AZVJC forum. So far I've enjoyed reading thru the posts here and seeing what the offroad sport is like in Australia - may have to save my pennies and such to buy a ticket down someday. Anyway I know folks are going to ask so here are a few pics of my little red KJ offroad:

One of our famous desert streams

Getting a bit off-camber on a trail:

I had just pulled a full-size Chevy truck out of this rut (he was coming the other way and got hung up on the upper edge):

Parked next to one of the ever-present 'Pink Jeeps' on Broken Arrow trail in Sedona:

And the main reason I go offroad - to enjoy the the views of our wonderful backcountry:

Cheers!

I wash it every six months whether it needs it or not I did the typical 'wash it often' stuff when it was newer, but now that it's got some good pinstriping on it I don't worry so much. If I was going that route I'd have a nice sedan or something Only thing that'll really get me to wash it is bird poo on it cuz that stuff just does terrible things to paint
