I think mine is an 8 or 10mm alan key type plug, with a aluminium crush washer fitted. Ive never replaced the crush washer, they normally use crush washers on motorbikes.

Hmm i changed my belt only 2 days ago, its a 2007 CRD with 92,000km on the clock. The manual says to change the belt at 144,000kms but due to what others are saying its best to do the timing belt...

Could you use some sort of sprocket pulley tool to pull them out, use the leverage from the top of the injector hole to remove them. What kind of anchoring option to the injector do you have?

So if its just wedged in there, why couldn't you remove the fork and turn the engine over, surely the huge amount of compression would fire out any stuck injectors
