It's the part that is stuck to the transmission or transfer case that came loose. The open end is snuck in the engine bay.

Makes sense. I changed the headunit a month ago aswel since the OEM one had no more display. Maybe the ground there went wrong? It all worked perfectly till today.

Today when I tried starting our 2.7 crd 2002 I only got a click. When I kept trying to start it, it went on. It drives without a problem. The starting is the problem.
