I had adjustable LCA's in mine for about a year. Recently changed to AEV drop brackets and it drives much better. Steering is more stable & far less noise and harshness when going over bumps. Yes you loose a little ground clearance with them but for me, spending 95% of my time on tarmac, it's worth the trade off.
Without either adjustable arms or drop brackets you might be OK (some have driven like that for years) or you might not. It'll certainly feel a lot lighter in the steering and it'll tend to wander a bit more across the road following the camber. Worst case though it'll be more prone to wobbles. For $100 (or something like that) I'd just put the drop brackets in straight away to be safe.
