Paint Defects..Warranty?

Update,

So far so good.
Took the GC into mtgravatt Jeep service centre on Monday.
Service centre conducted the 1000k check, took pictures of paint defects and sent to FCAA. They believe there will be no issues in getting it fixed.
They will organise a Diesel loan car as well when the repairs being conduct as my work fuel card is diesel only.
The car was washed, vacuumed and return to me at no charge.

Let's hope the good service continues.

My experience was the dealer (Westpoint at Moorooka) took photo's and FCA approved the repair in a week then dropped the car off and the repair took 3 days. I did not ask for a loan car as I didn't need one but I could have requested one which would have been no problem as this service department seems pretty good. Quality of the repair was acceptable so I have no issue to complain about. This was about 2 years ago.
I am sure you will have a similar experience.

Good to hear you had a good result Mike Y,

I Received a call from the dealer today and all repairs have been approved by Fcaa,
Car booked in a couple weeks when a suitable loan vehicle is available.
