A wheel alignment is very basic on a JK even when lifted. Any tyre fitter can do it. You could go to Hammond's 4x4 & More of Capalaba, they specialise in Jeeps and tyres.
I always do it myself use a tape measure, 2 x pieces of wood ( 1m x 42mm x 19mm DAR pine from Bunnings) Just secure a piece of wood to each outside face of the front tyres using an occa strap, cord or similar . Just make sure it is snug & not to tight so it's perfectly parallel to the outer face of each tyre . You then just measure between the two pieces of wood to see if the tyres are toeing in or out. You then just wind the tie rod in or out to adjust. They should slightly toe in at the front by about 3mm over the metre. If the steering wheel is off centre when driving straight you adjust the Drag link with very fine adjustments.
