Hi Briteway I'm in need of a new set of front rotors and pads soon, did you find any none slotted rotors at a good price ex Australia or Ebay with a reasonable shipping cost.
I'm on my second set of pads now. This last set of pads came ex the USA and were Ceramics. Ceramics work well but squeal really badly off road when they're getting coated in dust. The front rotors are almost at minimum tolerance now.

I look forward to your advice.

Hi Multihull, unfortunately, the best price on rotors in AUS is as mentioned by the Jeep buddies in previous posts. I didn't ask any of the stores yet as I was just trying to see what they're going for. Just like yourself, I prefer the solid rotors without any slots or holes as I do a fair bit of offroad.

In terms of pads, I'm definitely going for Bendix as specified above (ceramic rear and semi-metallic front) from the US. $150 delivered for both sets beats $200 for one set here for sure.

I hope you find cheap rotors here though. Please let us know when you do.

I put Bendix 4wd pads all round into my WG V8 5 months ago and they are brilliant! Great stopping on and off road, no noise at all and almost non existent brake dust on the rims. $140 from memory from a bloke on eBay based in Melbourne.

I checked eBay and the best price was $200 for the front set others were around $250. Can't wait for a better deal so I ordered from RA plus bought other thing while I was at it:
- front & rear brakes
- 3 air filters (1 Corolla, 2 Jeep) $30
- 12 oil filters (for the Corolla) $20
- 4 spark plugs (for the Corolla) for the price of 1 here

All up $240 including shipping. Over here they wanted $40 for an air filter and $35 for an oil filter alone for the Corolla, a very common car.
