Cooper STs. Won't wear as quickly as a mud tyre and are a bit more aggresive than a BFG AT. I got 70,000 k's out of my last set doing similar driving to what you are doing.

Saw some posts recently about people having to replace their O2 sensors. How do you know that the oxygen sensors are no longer working correctly?

Oil gauge going crazy

2000 XJ - start up and oil gauge sits dead in middle. Accelerate and it starts going up and then when idling goes back down below halfway. Used to sit pretty much in the middle the whole time.

Definately lowered. It should sit slightly higher than a stock 97 as they usually came with Up Country Suspension (well mine did).
