I only occasionally had pronlems for the first 30K. Lately it got ridiculous so I installed this mod. Worked like a charm. It was a very peaceful feeling filling up. Thanks for this.

if your vehichle is still pretty new the engine loosens up quite a bit. Stalled mine heaps with 4.10's in the first couple of thousand k's

crackly speaker, rattly doors needed some grease and slow fill for the first 5000 which is fine now otherwise no problems. the diesel pulls very well.

Doubt anyone has done 60,000 though

I have CRD manual and went with medium spring rate front and back. The guy at ARB told me it was 80mm back and 70mm front which was a bit more than he expected. I have yet to put my hard top back on...

I was thinking it would be easier to put a bend in the top of the mesh and the sides, cut out the excess and screw it to the plastic (two holes)on either side of the intercooler and to the two screws...

The dodge Nitro has the same engine with 460nm. The wrangler engine has been detuned. not sure why. But it shows it is possible.
